Bill Replogle is founder and Chief Mechanic of Sparky’s Garage, a creative thinktank/advertising agency working with clients like GlaxoSmithKline, Travelocity’s Site59, UPI, ExxonMobil, Harley-Davidson and Qwest. Before opening the Garage, Bill  served as President, Chief Creative Officer and Board Member of, Inc., an advertising recycling business that he co-founded. Prior to that, Bill was President/Creative Director at Rainmaker, a company that he helped nurture from a 3-person creative boutique to one of the Washington area’s hottest ad agencies, serving clients like America Online, Softspikes, National Geographic and SmithKline Beecham.

During his 20+ years in the ad business, Bill has worked at agencies in Boston and Washington, DC, creating award-winning print and broadcast advertising for a diverse family of clients. He has also served as a Board Member of the DC Ad Club, and is currently Chairman of the Environmental Advisory Commission to the town of Leesburg, Virginia.

Bill is a graduate of Dartmouth College, and Mindshare, a 6-month invitational program for leaders of the top emerging technology companies in the Washington area. When not busy in the Garage, you might find Bill writing fictional golf stories for Washington Golf Monthly and its sister magazine in Philadelphia.
